We are happy to have a look - Please send along with size, wood type/tone, any drawings/images, and shipping zip code and type [residential or commercial with dock] to hello@wolfwoodco.com.

Can you expedite orders?

You might just catch us at a perfect spot in the production schedule to expedite an order. Feel free to reach out and ask.

What are your shipping & storage policies?

We offer both blanket-wrap and crated delivery of our furniture to residential and commercial locations. Shipping estimates can be provided at the time of order placement but may be subject to change. We cannot store pieces at our facility longer than a week after the completion date. If a longer storage period is required, we will send the item to our main shipping warehouse and the client will be responsible for all appropriate storage charges.

How does the ordering process work? Do I make a deposit?

RFQ can be placed by emailing us at hello@wolfwoodco.com. To confirm orders and begin production, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before your item is estimated to be shipped from our facility, with no exceptions. Quoted lead times begin upon receipt of initial payment and confirmation of all order details and are valid 14 days after the initial estimate is sent. All sales including any items from our in-stock inventory are non-refundable.

Do you have a Warranty?

Wolf guarantees its products to be free from defects of workmanship for a full year from the date of purchase by the original customer. If a defect is noted during this period, we will repair or replace the item or substitute a like item. Wolf is not responsible for denting, discoloration, staining, scratches, checking from seasonal wood movement, or accidental damage that occur from use. The final decision is at the discretion of Wolf.

What should I know about solid wood furniture?

Solid wood furniture acts as a carbon sink, sequestering carbon dioxide from the air. This means better indoor air quality and a healthier living environment for the space.

Our solid wood furniture is built as natural, organic, living work that elevates and breathes life into space. Our finishes penetrate into the wood to add durability, allowing the meticulously smoothed surface to be felt. This gives the owner the opportunity to allow the wood surface to patina naturally with use and age, or to apply conditioning oil to renew as desired. A concise Care Card is included with each piece.

As an organic material, wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature. We account for this in the construction of each piece, and each is built to last in a standard indoor environment. To minimize excess wood movement, keep indoor relative humidity to the standard 35-50% and temperature the standard 60º-80º Fahrenheit.

In the event of damage, solid wood furniture is prized for its ability to be refinished generations into the future, without risk of sanding through a veneer or veneer edge chipping.
